How do I get my files after I buy?
You will receive an email with your download link immediately after checkout, and you can also access it anytime from your account under Order History.

What file format will I receive?
Most products are delivered as PDF and/or editable files (Canva, Google Sheets, etc.) - the exact format is listed on each product page.

Can I use this on more than one device?
Yes - once downloaded, the files are yours to use on any of your own devices.

Do I get updates if the product changes?
Yes, any future updates to a product you have purchased are free - just re-download from your account.

What is your refund policy on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once files have been delivered. Please enquire before purchasing to avoid disappointment.

Can I share, resell or redistribute the files?
These files are for your personal, individual use only and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

I did not receive my download email - what do I do?
Check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will get it sorted quickly.
